Today, I learnt that there is absolutely no ROI for burning yourself out and sleeping late.

When I sleep past my bedtime by 2 hours for example, not only do I feel like shit for much of the following day, I often end up having to make UP for the sleep debt; whether on the following day or on the weekends.

I feel like a superhero while the adrenaline is there but the following day I always regret it.

So now I’m going to just stick to my sleep timings as much as possible.
